Reflection

What has stuck in my mind, perhaps what I learned the most, is Zion's presentation about climate change in the future and it's effects.  You always seem to hear about "we need to do something about climate change" but never what's going to happen if you don't.  So I appreciated his talk about what is going to happen with climate change in the future.  And he use lots of graphs and box plots which as a math teacher I kind of geeked out about it.  I really just enjoyed all the information we gathered this week.  The presentations were great, the presentors were great, the activities were engaging and where we traveled to in the Boise Valley was exciting.  You don't realize what is around you until you take the time to explore it.  I am excited about taking friends, family and students around Boise and telling people all about what is going on along the river and around Boise.  Get out there and explore!
