Maintaining Natural Resources

Another day, another question.  "As our population changes, what are some ideas to maintain our natural resources?"  We just heard from a presenter that said "times are changing I just don't know how".  Well that isn't very helpful now is it.  But it's the truth.  We can talk about trends in data but does it always turn out the way we predict based on those trends? Nope.  Because we are always a changing population.  This population has access to different technology than any other generation has had.  All knowledge is instantaneous.  All change is instantaneous.  All information about you is known.  Technology really puts everything out there for everyone.  But what that also means is we can use this information to help us.  There is a plethora of information about our natural resources and how we can help to maintain them.  Just type it in google!  For me the biggest things that I would like to change about my habits to conserve water more.  Our global population continues to grow but our water supply does not.  We can plant food and grow trees but we can't do anything to help get more water.  We need to be conscious about how much we use and ultimately waste.

So my question to you is what is one thing you can do to conserve water?
