Portneuf social viewpoints

We visited Edson Fichter park in Pocatello where social scientists led our activities.

We observed the park and found things we like, dislike, need improvement, need maintained, etc.  We also discussed boundaries and the issues involved with natural versus am made features.

We made signs for the Edson Fichter park based on which viewpoint people take on socio-ecological issues.  Three viewpoints are duty-based, science-based, and engaged.  The signs dealt with improving or maintaining aspects of the park.

What do you think ought to be done with the Portneuf River?  There are many issues, especially in the lower reaches when it reaches Pocatello.  How would these changes be met?  What would YOU do to help make these changes.
